While heaven(s, ly) is seen in 710 verses and hell in only 54 verses, we are offered a more vivid description of hell.
The verse of first mention is Deu 32:22 For a fire is kindled in mine anger, and shall burn unto the lowest hell, and shall consume the earth with her increase, and set on fire the foundations of the mountains.
· In Deu 32:22 God expressed His anger He would have with the nation of Israel. God is going to express His anger with this world trough the fire in the lowest hell. (Ps 86:13)
· Since there is a lowest hell there must be other levels in hell.

Ps 9:17 When paradise was taken to the third heaves the only chamber of death left was the place of torments. Hell is the place for the wicked and the nations that have forgotten God. This is the hell we speak of today. Do not get confused by those who used the different Greek and Hebrew words used for hell. Hell is hell.
